Payment Dates

Payment Schedule

October 7 - First payment of $225 is due. 

December 2 - Second payment of $225 is due. If we have not received payment toward the trip at this time a reservation will not be made for your child.

January 31, 2017 - Final payment of $80 is due.

Please make checks out to Merton Williams Middle School. Please put your child's name on all checks. Checks can be handed in to the counseling office or library.  To determine how much money your child has in their trip account please call Mrs. Shearn at 392-1000, ext. 3192.

Candy Bar Sale

Taking orders until Friday, January 13

Candy pick up will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2017

Students will earn 40% of their sales toward their trip.

Please note - the flyer states that a box is $200 -  boxes are split into 4 cartons. Cartons have 50 bars and cost $50. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY THE ENTIRE BOX OF FOUR CARTONS FOR $200.

Fundraising is available for all 7th and 8th grade students to take part in. Students will earn 40% of their sales, less tax, toward their 8th grade trip. 

 

September 16 - September 30  - Gertrude Hawk Catalog Sale

September 19 - Parent Meeting in the MIR at 7:00

October 24 - November 14 - Great American Magazine Drive

December 6 - Gertrude Hawk Catalog Sale Candy Pickup from the sale that took place in September.
