Payment Dates

Please make checks and money orders out to Merton Williams Middle School. Please write your child's name on the memo line of the check/money order. Checks can be handed in to the counseling office or the library. Contact Mrs. Shearn  at 392-1000, ext. 3191 to determine how much your child has in their fundraising account.

There will be 3 fundraisers this year to help your child fund their DC trip. Students will earn 40% of their pre-tax sales toward their trip.

September 15 - September 29   - Gertrude Hawk Catalog Sale. Pick up will be on December 5, 2017 from 2:15 - 6:45 in the MIR.

October 23 - November 15 -  Great American Magazine Drive

January  24, 2018 - Candy Bar Sale
